OCJ Duplex OS2 Singlemode LC/UPC to SC/APC 9° G.657.A1 TeraSPEED® 1.8 mm LSZH Fiber Patch Cable 1m

This CommScope OCJ duplex OS2 singlemode fiber patch cable connects LC/UPC ports on active equipment to SC/APC 9° interfaces on patch panels and distribution hardware. It contains two G.657.A1 TeraSPEED® fibers for professional optical links in data centres, telecom rooms and enterprise networks.

The combination of UPC and APC connectors distinguishes this version within the OCJ range. The compact LC/UPC side is suitable for equipment with a high port density, while the angled SC/APC interface provides stronger control of back reflection. Each connector must only be mated with the corresponding polish type: UPC to UPC and APC to APC.

CommScope classifies the assembly as Standard C grade, with a maximum insertion loss of 0.5 dB per connector. The minimum return loss is 50 dB for LC/UPC and 60 dB for SC/APC. G.657.A1 fiber is less sensitive to bending, simplifying routing through racks and enclosures. The yellow 1.8 mm LSZH jacket is intended for professional indoor installations. Available lengths range from 1 to 20 metres.
