About CommScope GigaSPEED XL® Cat6 U/UTP LSZH Snagless RJ45 Copper Patch Cable
The CommScope SYSTIMAX® GigaSPEED XL® Cat6 U/UTP RJ45 patch cord is intended for connections within structured cabling systems in offices, enterprise networks and data centres. It meets Category 6 performance requirements and connects switches, patch panels and other RJ45 network equipment.
The cord uses 24 AWG stranded tinned copper conductors and RJ45 connectors wired to T568B. Its flexible stranded construction is suitable for routing patch cords through racks and cabinets. The unshielded U/UTP design does not require a metallic cable screen.
The halogen free LSZH jacket helps limit smoke emissions in the event of fire. The cable supports IEEE 802.3bt Type 4 Power over Ethernet applications up to 90 W in compatible installations and is available in multiple lengths and colours.
