About Datwyler DCS 12F OS2 MTP/APC Female to Female Type A LSZH Fiber Patch Cable
The Datwyler DCS MTP/APC to MTP/APC fibre optic patch cable is designed for high performance parallel optical connections in professional data centre environments. The cable contains 12 OS2 singlemode fibres and is pre terminated with female MTP Elite® APC connectors on both ends for reliable backbone and high density fibre connectivity.
The slim 2.0 mm round cable uses an FR/LSZH jacket and is highly flexible for installation in racks and other space constrained environments. Both connectors feature push pull tabs for easier installation and removal, while identification labels at both cable ends simplify cable management and documentation.
The MTP Elite® connectors use an 8° APC polish, with a maximum insertion loss of 0.3 dB per connector and a minimum return loss of 65 dB. This version uses Type A polarity and is available in multiple standard lengths up to 5 metres, making it suitable for high density MTP connectivity between fibre panels, cassettes and other data centre infrastructure.
