The HD (High Density) MPO fiber optic cassette is delivered fully pre installed and tested and features a 12 fiber MPO adapter on the rear connected to duplex LC adapters on the front. This enables simple and reliable connections with high density fiber optic cabling for a wide range of applications.

Thanks to its universal polarity design, the cassette can be used on both sides of a Method B trunk. This simplifies network management, maintains consistent polarity and allows faster and easier maintenance.

The MPO 12 cassette supports high density 10G deployments and provides an easy upgrade path to 40G, 100G and even 400G networks. Up to 48 fiber connections can be achieved within a single HD 1U rack unit, helping to save rack space and reduce infrastructure costs.
