Uniboot Duplex OM4 Multimode LC/UPC to LC/UPC Corning BIF 2.0 mm LSZH Fiber Patch Cable 0.5m Violet

This duplex OM4 multimode uniboot fiber patch cable connects LC/UPC ports in data centres, server rooms and enterprise networks. It combines two 50/125 µm fibers in a single 2.0 mm cable and uses Corning bend-insensitive fiber for reliable routing in space-constrained installations. The factory-terminated connectors have a maximum insertion loss of 0.2 dB.

What distinguishes this cable from conventional duplex zipcord is its uniboot construction. A single round jacket carries both the transmit and receive fibers, reducing cable bulk and simplifying routing in densely populated racks and patching areas. The OM4 fiber supports compatible short-reach, high-speed multimode connections at 850 and 1300 nm.

The LSZH jacket is intended for indoor installations where halogen-free cabling with limited smoke development is required. Magenta and aqua versions support visual cable identification, while lengths from 0.5 to 25 metres cover connections between patch panels, switches, servers and other LC/UPC multimode equipment.
