About Telco Parts 16 Fibers MTP®/MPO Female Type 1 9/125 Multi-Mode Fiber Loopback Module

This MTP® loopback module is designed for testing and verifying fiber optic connections in modern high bandwidth network environments. The product is widely used for measurements in parallel optical networks, including 40G and 100G applications.

The loopback allows verification of MTP® transceivers with a female interface by internally connecting the transmit and receive paths. This enables quick and reliable validation of modules such as 40G PLR4 and 100G PSM4 without the need for external cabling.

By connecting directly to MTP® trunk cables or patch cables, this loopback simplifies insertion loss measurements and other network diagnostics, saving time during installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
