Where we ship

We ship throughout Europe from our warehouse in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. All shipments include track and trace.

Order processing

Orders placed before 16:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day, provided all items are in stock. Orders placed after 16:00 or during weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Free shipping

Orders above €250 qualify for free standard shipping.

Heavy and pallet shipments

For orders above the weight limits shown, palletized freight or project deliveries, contact us for a tailored freight quote. We arrange pallet shipping across Europe on a daily basis.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries within the European Union no customs charges apply. For European destinations outside the EU, such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, local import duties and VAT may be charged by the carrier. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
