1000BASE-EX SFP 1550nm 40km DOM LC SMF Transceiver Module - Compatible

This compatible SFP module is designed for 1000BASE BX fiber connections up to 40 kilometers over single mode fiber. The transceiver operates with a 1550 nm transmit laser (TX) and a 1310 nm receive detector (RX) and uses an LC simplex connector. For proper operation, this bi directional module must be paired with a transceiver or networking device that uses the corresponding opposite wavelengths.

The module is suitable for Gigabit Ethernet applications within Fast Ethernet networks, telecommunications infrastructures and data center environments where efficient and reliable fiber connections are required.
