KS-TC Plus Cat.6A (IEC) tool-less, compact 12Pc

Designed for the transmission of digital and analog voice, video and data signals.

The KS TC Plus module is specified up to 500 MHz in accordance with the component standard IEC 60603 7 51. When used with shielded Category 6A, 7, 7A and 8 data cables, the module allows acceptance testing with a high reserve margin for the limit values defined for Class EA Permanent Links. This makes the module suitable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet transmissions according to IEEE 802.3.

The module supports PoE, PoE+ and 4PPoE applications, making it suitable for high power network installations.

The housing is made from solid die cast zinc and is equipped with a mounting clip for installation in Keystone panels and data outlets. The spring contacts are manufactured from a phosphor bronze alloy with gold plating to ensure reliable signal transmission.

For cable termination, the module uses a wire separator in combination with two integrated movable wing housings. This allows tool free IDC connections. Only a side cutter is required to trim the wires after installation.

The 360° metal shielding provides a durable fully shielded environment that protects the connection from electromagnetic interference.

The module is reusable and allows potential equalization directly at the module if required.

A removable black dust cover is included. Other colors are available separately as accessories.
