Description
This MTP® loopback module is designed for checking and testing fiber optic connections in high-speed network environments. The product is widely used in parallel optical infrastructures operating at 40G and 100G transmission speeds.
The module enables MTP® transceivers to be checked by linking the internal transmit and receive channels. This allows compatible transceivers, such as 40G PLR4 and 100G PSM4 modules, to be validated quickly and efficiently.
By connecting directly to MTP® trunk or patch cables, this loopback module supports smooth insertion loss measurements and other network tests, greatly simplifying installation and maintenance.
