Description
The HD (High Density) MPO fiber optic cassette is delivered fully pre-installed and tested and features a 12-fiber MPO adapter on the rear, connected to duplex LC adapters on the front. This allows for easy connection with high-density fiber optic cables for a wide range of applications.
Thanks to its universal polarity, the cassette can be used on either side of a Method B trunk, simplifying network management, maintaining polarity consistency, and speeding up maintenance.
The MPO-12 cassette supports high-density 10G implementations and offers an easy upgrade to 40G, 100G, and even 400G networks. Up to 48 fiber connections can be realized in a single HD 1U rack unit, saving space and costs.
